Lately, one of the famous stars of the 21st Century, Scarlet Johansson singer-actress, showed off her luxury homes for sale. A walled and gated Spanish villa situated in the Hollywood Hills was priced for sale at $4.95 million.
Built in 1931, the remodeled and restored house has fantastic internal features perfect for a home delight and relaxation. It has four bedrooms, 5 and a half bathroom with a total area of 4,300 square feet. In terms of room features, the main level is open to a glass-topped central atrium. The external feature includes gardens, terraces, and a swimming pool found in a 3 quarters of an acre area.
According to records, Johansson bought the property from a director-producer Harol Becker for about $7 million dollar way back 2007.
