On the yesterday’s report released by the leading online marketplace for foreclosure, the Realty Trac, shows that the state of California was in the 3rd spot among the highest foreclosure rate state in the whole country. California Real Estate together with Florida posted a nearly the same foreclosure ratio rate of one in every 187 housing units in the area receiving a foreclosure filing. Statistically California had a little edge over Florida who settled in the fourth highest spot. Moreover, the state was also one of the three states who made the major contributions of 44 percent of the nations total foreclosure rate.
Overall monthly foreclosure rate of the country was fell down by 10 percent during the month of January, but still above compared with the last year foreclosure rate by 15 percent. Foreclosure filing ratio in the entire month of January shows that one in every 409 housing units received a foreclosure filing.
